Useful information

Payment

We accept cash, instant bank transfer, MasterCard, Visa and debit card.
We accept business cards only when paying company bills, not for private vacation.
Diners Club and American Express cards are not accepted.

Arrival/Departure

On your arrival day the room will be ready in the early afternoon about 2.30 p.m. Should you arrive later than 6 p.m. we would appreciate to be informed. On the departure day the rooms should be left within 10 a.m.

Allergies

Do you have food intolerances or are you following a vegetarian diet? We are happy to support you, but as a holiday hotel we cannot offer a specialized kitchen for this. The dishes in the menu are marked so that you can immediately see which dishes are gluten-free, lactose-free or vegetarian. Some other dishes can be adjusted accordingly. Please understand that we cannot offer all dishes as in a hotel kitchen are processed large quantities. Please talk also to your waitress in order avoid any doubt, as we cannot take responsibility for any inconvenience.

Deductions and surcharges

The reservation is generally possible with breakfast or 3/4-pension.

If you book with breakfast, the afternoon buffet can be booked for 8,00 Euro/person/day and/or dinner for 32,00 Euro/person/day. For special banquets like Christmas etc. the menu price can increase. Please ask for our offer.

For short stays there may be a surcharge depending on the season and different from the price list.

Garden Park Hotel

Garage

For a small fee we offer parking spaces in the underground car park. Some offers already include a parking space in the garage (Garden Dream, Garden Dream Superior, Garden Family Suite and Garden Wellness Suite). Our large private parking in front of the hotel is available free of charge.

Charging station for electric cars

In the garage we have provided four parking spaces with a charging station for electric cars (for a fee).

Pets/dogs

Pets are only allowed upon prior notice and agreement as they are allowed just in some rooms. Pets have no access to the dining room, lounges and the wellness and beauty area. We charge 13,50 Euro/day/pet (without food). Please, bring your own rug or basket.

Reservation and cancellation conditions

A reservation is only binding with a written confirmation. You can make advance payments online. We will be glad to confirm a room type but not the room number or the floor.

Cancellation conditions: At the latest 2 months before the booked arrival day the accommodation contract may be cancelled written by the guest without a cancellation fee. In case of later cancellation (less than 2 months before the booked arrival day) the guest is obliged to pay the following cancellation fees:
Cancellation up to 21 days before the arrival day: 25% of the total price;
Cancellation less than 21 days before the arrival day, no show or earlier departure: 70% of the total price;
The cancellation has to take place by written explanation and has to be in the hands of the landlord at the latest within the above-mentioned periods before the agreed arrival day.

If you booked by an agency or online portal there may be other cancellation conditions to respect.

Please note the cancellation conditions in your offer or in your booking confirmation, which may differ from the general cancellation conditions due to Covid-19, postponement in goodwill or other reasons.
